Ola joined out team in April 2020, as a postdoc in the Lider project, after completing her PhD studies in Institute of Zoology and Biomedical Research at the Faculty of Biology JU.
On 20th September Ola defended (with distinction) her PhD thesis entitled "The role of kidneys in the process of heme neutralization and iron metabolism in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia - studies conducted in a mouse model".
